Please be aware that we do not hold stock of PC components in-store.

All parts for your custom build are ordered directly from our suppliers on the same day your order is placed, ensuring next-day delivery to our store (provided the order is received before our 2:00 PM cutoff time).

Once the components arrive, our technicians will contact you promptly to confirm receipt. At this point:

•  If you have selected the self-build option, we will notify you that your parts are ready for collection.

•  If you have opted for our professional assembly service, we will build and thoroughly test your system before contacting you to arrange collection.

•  If you have chosen our Build Your Own Rig workshop experience (where your child assembles the PC under expert guidance), we will work with you to schedule a convenient time slot that suits both your availability and our technicians.

This process ensures your build uses the freshest, latest stock while maintaining efficient turnaround times.
