We can offer unlocking solutions for any smart device you may own should it require it. However most phones are now unlocked straight from the factory or your network provider will do it for FREE! please get in touch for a free no obligation quote should you require us to unlock it.

The simple answer? No. All of your data will remain intact we will never do anything that may compromise your data without first consulting with you.

Our repair warranty gives you 90 days of cover on batteries this is solely due to us being unable to determine how your device has been charged and cared for and we provide 12 months on all other parts including screens, our warranty covers you against manufacturing defects and not physical damage or liquid damage.

We give a 12 month technical return to base warranty, providing there is no physical or liquid damage to the handset/parts fitted. We will replace any faulty parts as long as they are still in a presentable condition to return to our supplier.
